ENTERING: Sweepstakes begins August 13, 2008, and ends December 6, 2009. Entries can be made on official paper entry forms or by touch-screen entry at sponsor-selected events or on-line at www.arnoldpalmergolfholidays.com. Mail in entries will not be accepted. ELIGIBILITY: Open to U.S. residents 18 or older. Not valid in Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or District of Columbia. Sponsors’ employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method. Entries must be complete to be eligible. Void where prohibited by law. PRIZES: Two prizes will be awarded. Rookie Prize: one “Special Edition” golf cart designed for Brandt Snedeker, built with a custom dashboard, sound system and much more! Retail Value of this prize is $8,047. Legend_Prize: one “Special Edition” golf cart designed for Arnold Palmer, built with a custom dashboard, sound system and much more! Retail Value of this prize is $8,467. Golf carts will be made available in Orlando, FL and must be accepted in person by the winners. Winners shall be responsible for all applicable vehicle taxes, license and insurance and all costs associated with accepting the prizes and transporting to final destination. Winner must show proof of valid insurance when accepting the golf cart. No prize substitutions and prizes may not be redeemed for cash. WINNING: Winners will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Wyndham Vacation Resorts, as the administrator of the sweepstakes on December 16, 2009 at 12 p.m. at its Orlando office. First winner will receive the Legend Prize. Second winner will receive the Rookie_Prize. Need not be present at drawing to win. Official notice to winners by certified mail return receipt requested within 10 days of the drawing. The prize must be claimed within thirty (30) days of notification. Two alternate winners for each prize will be selected at time of drawing. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner, it will be awarded to an alternate winner using the same notification and claim process, and successively to the second alternate winner if necessary. If a prize is unclaimed by the winner and both alternate winners, it will remain unawarded. All taxes are sole responsibility of the winner. To receive the prize, winner must sign an Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and address by Sponsors for purposes of advertising, publicity and promotion, without additional compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. GENERAL RULES: Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to modify, terminate or suspend all or a portion of this sweepstakes should unauthorized human interference, fraud, printing errors, Internet viruses, hackers or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper operation of this sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for lost, late or illegible entries. Sponsors are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of prizes or participation in this sweepstakes.
